Role: Manager – Brand & Events
Education: Bachelor / Master’s degree from reputed college
Experience: 2-4 years
Location: Gurgaon/Bangalore 


What you’ll be doing:

  • Create and execute a strategy to enhance PayU’s brand among India’s top businesses, banks and fintech influencers
  • Create and own all PayU brand activations and ATL activities
  • Engage key stakeholders and communities via partnerships, sponsorships and events
  • Create PayU owned brand vehicles like meetups and road shows which will engage our partners and customers
  • Coordinate with vendors including brand strategy and design, activation partners
  • Collaborate with teams and executives with in PayU – Marketing, Sales, Product, Engineering etc
  • Create metrics and measurements for the efficacy of PayU’s brand activations

What are we looking for?

  • MBA or other degrees in Business Studies and Marketing
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in handling brand activations, events or community building roles
  • Excellent written communication and project management skills
  • Ability to manage large budgets and multiple vendors effectively
  • A can-do attitude and ability to take ambitious projects from zero to one
  • A knack for designing excellent audio-visual experiences and managing diverse communities via marketing programs
