The minimum cost per transaction for cash payments at banks is $9,900 COP + VAT.
Transfer process from your PayU virtual account to your bank account:
Domestic transfer: 3 business days. The first 3 withdrawals per month are free; starting from the 4th transaction in the month, there is a cost of $6,500 COP + VAT.*
International transfer: 7 business days, with a cost of $30 USD converted to local currency; the minimum amount to perform the transfer is $1,000 USD.
Credit card transactions are subject to the following withholding taxes: Income tax 1.5% on the taxable base, ICA 0.414% on the taxable base, and VAT of 15% on the VAT value sent in the transaction.
A transaction is considered successful when it is approved by the financial institution. Transactions that are not successful (canceled, declined, or abandoned by the buyer) are not subject to payment processing fees charged by PayU.
The monthly administrative fee referred to in clause 13.1.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of Use for PayU Merchants is $127,700 + VAT. This fee only applies if you do not make sales through PayU for more than six (6) months and more than twelve (12) months have passed since you joined our service.
