As a global and multi-cultural organization with varied ethnicities thriving across locations, we realize that our responsibility towards fulfilling the D&I commitment is huge. Therefore, we continuously strive to create a diverse, inclusive and safe environment, for all of our people, communities and customers. Our leaders are committed to create an inclusive work culture which enables transparency, flexibility and unbiased attention to each and every PayUneer so they can succeed, irrespective of gender, color or personal faith. Breaking down stereotypes

We enjoy dialogue at PayU and to discuss our culture through the D&I lens. One of the ways we do this is through our series of engaging fireside chats throughout the year and across our organizational globe on topics like PayU Women in Leadership, LGBTQ in Tech, Female industry leaders and their careers, Intercultural collaboration etc.

Inclusive hiring

We are always on the lookout for talented people who want to be inspired, and also want to inspire us! We encourage all styles of working and all styles of thinking and have numerous initiatives in place to be inclusive in our recruitment processes. Examples include our collaboration with WiT and our successful Second Innings Program.

D&I training

We believe in the concept of growth mindset and understand that learning about Diversity and Inclusion is an ongoing and ever evolving process. We partner with top universities as well as subject matter experts from the D&I field to provide our PayU colleagues with trainings on Unconscious Bias, Building Inclusive Leadership Skills, Dignity at Work and many more interesting topics. Together we keep learning and improving!
